Arthur is the prototype version of Clarence.
Appearance[]
He is a darker blue than Clarence, his eyes are farther apart, his pupils are smaller, and he has shorter arms. Despite the differences, he still has his signature high-pitched annoying voice.

During his film, he goes into different places in New York where you aren't allowed to film, asking the security guards to say "you can't film here". He also asks people who are annoyed by him to say "you can't film me".
Halfway through, he starts to just talk to civilians and asks for kisses.
